Absolutely can not recommend enough!! My friend previously got her dress from here years ago and we loved it then so it was only right we return and got mine from here! The whole shop is STUNNING and the staff are fab. My mum made the initial appointment with Emma over the phone who I’m surprised isn’t now her plus 1 at the wedding as she was so happy with her customer service. The initial appointment we had the beautiful Hattie, she is so patient and so good at her job. I was stuck on dresses and she went off and brought in THE dress. I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience at Emma Louise Bridal! From start to finish, they made the entire process of finding my dream wedding dress an absolute joy (and they have gin!!!). I can be quite indecisive and, admittedly, a bit of a handful! I went back multiple times, needing extra appointments to feel confident in my choice. The team was endlessly patient with me, never making me feel rushed or pressured but also giving amazing advice to help me make my decision.

When it came down to my final two dresses, I was so torn, but the staff did everything in their power to help me work through my decision that worked for me! They honestly couldn’t do enough for me and they made everything feel so much easier. Their friendly approach was worlds apart from other shops I had visited, here I always felt at ease.

I am a plus size bride who has had bad experiences at other boutiques but Hattie and her colleagues couldn't reasure me enough and made me feel extremely comfortable and confident.
