Lace and tulle over regency organza create a very sexy silhouette that hugs at the waist and flares in dramatic fashion just above the knees. Adorned with hundreds of bugle beads and sequins, this dress delivers on style. Beaded straps meet at a plunging sweetheart neckline and three unique off-the-shoulder straps that are detachable for a more custom look.
