My proposal story

We were having a weekend away at a spa and my husband had the room decorated with candles, flowers, petals and proposed to me when we checked in, it was gorgeous!

Wedding style

Our wedding was in Santorini with the volcanic island and gorgeous sea as the view. Our ceremony was at Santo Winery and the reception was in Pyrgos restaurant in St Fotoni Hall which was the most beautiful venue. We had a saxophone player to start off the night and greek dancers with plate smashing to end the night. It was the most magical day!

Shopping experience

Super easy with the Emma Louise Bridal girls who made me feel so relaxed. Being able to choose dresses online beforehand and have them there waiting for me when my appointment started was an amazing touch.

How did you choose 'The One'?

I think I tried on nearly 8 dresses and I put my dress on towards the end of the 8 dresses. I loved it but Emma wanted to make sure I was certain so she brought a few more similar dresses for me to try so I could compare and this really helped make sure I was making the right decision.

Tell us about your experience at Emma Louise Bridal

So good! The girls are amazing, salon is beautiful with lots of parking around, drinks for everyone and room for many guests. Being able to pick some dresses online before your appointment was really helpful too. Cant recommend enough.

What are your favourite memories from your wedding day?

The whole day was absolutely amazing and we wouldnt change a thing. The saxophone player and Greek dancers with plate smashing was a huge highlight for the day.

If you have a honeymoon planned - where are you going?

Were currently planning a Maldives honeymoon!

Do you have any advise for other couples planning their wedding?

Go abroad if you can! Were so happy we had a wedding abroad with the gorgeous weather, our main family and friends and two whole weeks to celebrate!
