My proposal story

We were on a cruise sailing away from Barbados when Craig proposed!

Shopping experience

I hadn't had the best experience at a previous shop so was a bit nervous but I didn't need to be at all. Hattie was brill, understood my budget let me try a few on and then off she went and found more dresses and eventually one of those was the one! I was struggling to decide and rule out dresses but she asked all the right questions to help me make the decision! I also came back and got my accessories and again Hattie helped me so much. All my bridal party who came with me also highlighted how brill it was. The shop is stunning and you're made to feel so special. 

How did you choose 'The One'?

It was difficult it really was as it felt like such a big decision and I didn't know it was the one as soon as I put it on. Someone suggested I walk around the room in it and come back to the mirror again and then that's it I knew! 

Tell us about your experience at Emma Louise Bridal

It was really good, communication was easy and the shop is so lovely.

What are your favourite memories from your wedding day?

So difficult to pick favourite memories as the whole day was everything we both ever dreamt of and absolutely perfect. A lovely chilled morning with the girls getting ready, then our beautiful ceremony and then the party started !! Wish we could do it all again.

If you have a honeymoon planned - where are you going?

We've already been and had an amazing 2 weeks in Bali!

Do you have any advise for other couples planning their wedding?

Just enjoy it because you'll miss it when it's over and on the day the only thing that really matters is the two of you. It is the best day ever like better than anything else and just enjoy it and take it all in!
