My proposal story

Melissa and I got engaged at the Malmaison hotel in York, overlooking York Minster. We met in York and first lived together there, so it is a very special place!

 

Wedding style

We got married at Sneaton Castle, Whitby
Our Colour Scheme was Dusky Pink

Shopping experience

It was lovely! I came with my mum and one of the bridesmaids. I really enjoyed trying different styles on.

 

How did you choose 'The One'?

It just felt right! Not too much detail but not too plain either.

 

Tell us about your experience at Emma Louise Bridal

It was great! Hattie was brilliant, she made me feel really comfortable and was really warm and friendly.

 

What are your favourite memories from your wedding day?

Seeing Melissa walk down the aisle for the first time and the just married feeling.

 

If you have a honeymoon planned - where are you going?

We went to Crete, Greece

 

Do you have any advise for other couples planning their wedding?

Enjoy it! Its goes so fast.
